MIPIM 2009
  • MIPIM is the largest property show in the world
    held in Cannes in March each year.
  • Over 29,000 participants attended the show in
    2008. It represents a unique opportunity to
    showcase the very best of a destination to over
    5,000 international investors and end-users. It
    also represents a unique environment within which
    to meet potential investors, developers and
    end-users.
  • In 2009 there will be the largest team ever from
    Leicestershire attending, promoting the growing
    local investment opportunities.

The Hotel Martinez
  • The Martinez is one of the five grand Palaces
    on the Croisette.
  • Extremely prestigious and central to the main
    Cannes scene, the Martinez is the ideal place to
    host events and will firmly place your company in
    the MIPIM calendar.

The Palissandre Room
  • The Palissandre Room, a stunning room with
    natural light located on the ground floor just
    behind the hotels main lobby and reception, has
    been reserved for Team Leicestershires events on
    Wednesday 11th March 2009.

Within the Palissandre room two distinctive areas
will be created by the main entrance a
reception/bar area where your guests will be
greeted by your on-site hostess and a main dining
area. The main dining area will be laid out with
round tables each seating ten people and a
projector, projector screen, microphones and
speakers desk will be placed towards the rear of
this area.

Branding Display Materials
Directional Signage In hotel lobby to guide
guests to the Palissandre room. Two Vertical
Banners Either side of the bar for brand
presence for guests on arrival. Large Pop-Up
Banner Behind the reception desk. Pop Up Banners
Floral ArrangementsFacing the bar area
creating a stunning graphic wall to help screen
the dining area and create an entrance way.
Sponsors display stands will be used to make
this wall double sided so guests see the visuals
from the bar and dining area. Vertical Banners
Placed either side projector screen in the
dining area Window Cling Logo Panel Graphics
Positioned on windows to bring the branding
together. Table DecorationsPlaced on the
reception, bar and speakers table and also in the
dining area, along with place settings as would
be expected in a five star venue.
Additional finishing touches in the dinning area
to be finalised.

Breakfast, Lunch Dinner Events
Breakfast (8.30am 10.30am)As your guests
arrive they are greeted by the on-site hostess
who takes their business cards and shows them to
the bar where coffee, tea and orange juice are
served. Once guests have arrived they will be
shown to the dining area to enjoy a brief
presentation and breakfast.
Lunch (12.30pm 3pm)As your guests arrive they
are greeted by the on-site hostess who takes
their business cards and offers them a glass of
champagne. After a short interval they are shown
to the dining area to enjoy a short presentation
and sumptuous three course lunch with regional
wines. Dinner (7.30pm 12pm)As your guests
arrive they are greeted by the on-site hostess
who takes their business cards and offers them a
glass of champagne. Drinks are served from the
open bar waiters circulate with trays of mini
canapés whilst a pianist plays a suitable
selection of classics, creating an atmosphere of
understated elegance. After half an hour guests
are shown to the dining area to enjoy a world
class three course meal, with prestige wines, and
will be entertained by well-known personality as
keynote speaker. Following on from coffee, guest
are invited to retire to the bar to continue
networking enjoy after-dinner drinks.
