    CHART as secondary menu
  • Assign OR GN ACCESS key for users with GN
    privileges
  • Set locations authorized to use GN
  • Create note titles and boilerplates

  • Remember these basic rules
  • Do not use TIU objects in the boilerplate
    unless the value produced would be trueexample
    same diagnosis for all patients.

    for all members of the group and the group as a
    whole
  • Boilerplate may be edited in the Common Note
    Content pane of GN. The Common Note Contents
    pane allows modification, addition to, or
    deletion from the boilerplate text.

Example of an effective boilerplate This
patient attended and successfully participated in
the 60 minute PTSD Class. Class moderator
provided information on PTSD. All group members
participated.
