Motivation
  • Social media describes the online tools and
    platforms that people use to share opinions,
    insights, experiences, and perspectives with each
    other.

Its a dynamic and growing area, that includes
blogs, wikis, forums, photo and video sharing
sites, etc.

    they were rich in metadata
