6Creating the Longitudinal Data Base
- CLMS working with high schools and NSC creates a
longitudinal record for each graduate - Record connects high school background
information with post-secondary enrollment
history on a term by term basis - Permits tracking of individual students from a
given high school into college - Tracks students into particular post-secondary
institutions - Tracks students as they transfer on a school by
school basis
