How Do I Participate?
  • All undergraduate science researchers are
    invited to present a poster, including
  • senior thesis, Presidential Scholar, WISP, HHMI,
    Mellam, independent study, leave term off
    campus
  • Poster registration by Friday May 8
  • Register on-line at

  • Seniors participate in the Christopher Reed
    Sigma Xi Competition
  • Hang your poster during the day in Fairchild
    Towerbetween 10 and 3 pm
  • Plan to attend the keynote address at 4 pm
    in Wilder 104
  • Stand by your poster during the poster session
    from 5 to 7 pmbut make some time to see other
    posters

  • Size limit Do not exceed 36 x 48
  • Insert arrange photos, graphs, text
  • Can be modified is reproducible
  • Make plotter printing arrangements
  • There is a cost to print your poster

  • Start working with sponsors assistant sponsors
    early to develop content title
  • Posters can be oriented vertically or
    horizontally but cannot exceed 48 wide
  • The poster session is an opportunity to tell the
    story of your researchmake it appealing for
    others to learn.
