national health concern. - CIGNA corporate wellness programs respond to
national health trends. - CIGNA introduces Route 66 fitness program and
Think Light! weight loss program. - Employees respond with high participation rates
in both programs.

- Provides equipment and support for employees to
work remotely. Shared office space is provided
at the company. - No other company has a program as comprehensive
as CIGNAs. - Promotes work/life balance and saves CIGNA money
on real estate piloted in several offices
around the country. - Rolling out to Bloomfield approximately 600
employees by June 2002.

- LDP designed to groom CIGNAs future executives.
- Summer Associate Program is the primary
recruiting pool for the LDP programs. - Leadership Project is grand finale of summer
experience. - Summer Associates work on real business cases.
- Results will be presented to executive management
in July 2002.
21Excellence Awards
- LDP recruits at approximately 15 target schools.
- Students are invited to compete for Excellence
Awards. - Awards are based on academic performance and
leadership activities. - Two winners at each school are awarded 500
prizes. - Awards will be announced in September 2002.
