  • To motivate young people to continue playing and
    developing their musical skills after leaving
    school
  • To encourage young people to consider music as a
    profession
  • To develop the BNYO as a dynamic cultural and
    educational artistic organisation committed to
    excellence

  • To enhance the skills of young steel pan players
    in Barbados

    trained musician

    request and book a free performances to enhance
    their cultural programming
  • Special acknowledgement in concert programmes
