Importance of TPM.

• Schmidt It treating security as paramount as we

  forklifts and stuff like that.

  pound minimum 20 Tequila's as you called out and
  that was just really just for operational
  efficiency right. We wanted to make sure that one
  able person could certainly manhandle the device
  for transport no added weight really.
• Or at least not nothing significant was added.
  And as part of the latest announcement for SB 1
  instances.
• That's really exciting and just back to the
  military testing that I mentioned just to clarify
  what I was talking about the smile one day
  specification which is for high impact mechanical
  shock an equipment mounted on ships which is a
  fancy way of saying they blow stuff up next to a
  barge and see what happens to the snowball. So it
  passed that which is good and so I'll definitely
  conditionings because it was pretty spectacular.

• We have conducted some pretty wild the test drop
  tests from all sides of the device for multiple
  stories. All these tests have been in a
  non-operational mode.
• But yeah no I would say you can imagine the
  beating these devices take if for no other reason
  just shipping them out.
• I think we're hundreds of times around the world
  at this point in terms of you know aggregate
  miles of crude and so they take a beating and I
  think we've done remarkably well I think on the
  durability side of the physical aspects of the
  device.

• Yeah and speaking the long term nature.
• I think if people familiar with the sort of use
  of the snowball for migration of Dargan probably
  more used to you know pay the price for the
  snowball that gets sent to me I keep it for X
  number of days not pay for any extra days I want
  to keep it in and return it.
• This is a different model because obviously I
  want to keep these Sanibel ages for potential
  credits on. So we allow customers to have both
  the on demand fee but also they could do a one or
  three.
• The correct yeah so I think there was some
  obvious awareness that as customers start
  deploying the device more for let's just call it
  ephemeral compute the usual times if you will of
  just a few weeks or a few days was wasn't good
  enough and so we introduced one and three year
  volume pricing and so that is a way to offset the
  daily accrual fees.

Actual storage component on S3 and glacier's.

• One other thing I would call out is that that
  also does not factor in any significant data
  ingest or data coming back to a WSO.
• There are some commercial arrangements there.
  There certainly are used cases where customers
  are looking for mid to long term deployment of
  Snowball edge for compute.
• They may also be committing to a certain volume
  term lengths for actual storage consumption
  between S3 and glacier and so that kind of takes
  them down the path of looking at really you know
  multiple pricing discounts one for snowball edge
  and then one for the actual storage component on
  S3 and glacier's.

This is on double edge.

• Yeah it's like that classic thing of you pie pies
  you've got to pay for use and if you are
  operating at Schuyler volume then you get
  discounts accordingly as well so the more you use
  the less you pay on a per unit basis. One of my
  best friends.
