• Among all the mobile development tools, Unity is
  one of the most successful ones. As per some
  recent studies around 47 of developers use Unity
  for their projects while 30 use it as a primary
  development tool. Unity has 45 share of full
  feature game engine market that is nearly three
  times of their closest competitor.

Unreal Engine 4

• This tool is created and developed by Epic games.
  It is a powerful tool that is used for mobile
  game development. It consists of high end
  technologies that are to be used in Direct X11
  computers but it can also be used on Nvidia Tegra
  mobile processors. Even though the basic purpose
  of this tool is to create graphics for complex
  games, it can also be use for smaller games and
  programs.

  this special cross platform toolkit. The most
  programmers use it for creating 2D games while it
  can also be used for other smartphone apps.

• As the name says, it is a 2D games engine. The
  tool has originated at the same time as iPhone
  SDK and then quickly switched to objective-C. The
  program in recent years has only increase in
  popularity as it is the best free open source
  option available.
