WELCOME

• The imaging staff at Southeastern Med, would like
  to take this opportunity to welcome you to our
  facility. We are excited about the changes we
  have made and the services we provide!

DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES

• This is the main work area for diagnostic x-rays.
  Numerous procedures are preformed in this area,
  which we consider the center of our work force.

COMPUTERIZED TOMOGRAPHY (CT)

• Our scanner is certainly one of the most
  accurate and timely in the area. Scans that used
  to be lengthy, can now be completed in minutes.
  We offer the GE LIGHTSPEED.

INTERVENTIONAL SERVICES

• Currently, we have two interventional
  radiologists on staff.
• We offer a variety of services, from a-z,
  including angioplasty,drains,
• and stent placement.

MAMMOGRAPHY

• Our mammography
• suite offers a comfortable atmosphere for
  patients. We provide screening and diagnostic
  services provided by a registered mammographer.
  We are also proud to acknowledge we have had no
  citations during inspections.

MAMMOGRAPHY PROCEDURES

• We now also offer, stereotactic breast biopsy.
  This procedure provides a diagnosis to your
  patient with the least amount of complications.
  This procedure is done on an outpatient basis and
  your patient can return to their normal routine
  that day.

MRI (magnetic resonance imaging)

• The MRI unit is a GE
• SIGNA. This equipment has a magnet that is
  capable of doing more exams in a short amount of
  time, 20-40 minutes,but maintaining high quality
  images. We offer this procedure in a large open
  room, with constant communication.

NUCLEAR MEDICINE

• This imaging service provides state of the art
  equipment that demonstrates the function of
  various organs within the body. These scans can
  visualize detailed information to compliment
  other
• imaging services.

ULTRASOUND

• Ultrasound, provides images by using sound waves
  to form images.

Additional Services

• Currently we provide heart catheterization in
  conjunction with The Ohio State University
  Medical Center. Digital equipment was installed
  in August, allowing for fast accurate results.

DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING NURSING SERVICES

• Our facility is also very pleased to provide
  various nursing services to our patients. We do
  our best to make our patients comfortable during
  any exam. We also prepare them with proper
  instructions before and after exams. We feel
  this adds a personal touch to their procedure.
