Shipping Returns

• 5 flat rate shipping applies to New Zealand
  orders only.
• Shipping within NZ
• Within New Zealand goods  are sent using the
  Courier Post non-signature service. This includes
  PO Boxes and Rural Delivery and there are no
  additional charges.Target delivery time is next
  working day to major cities and towns, and 1-2
  days for smaller towns and rural delivery.We
  aim to dispatch orders received by 3pm, on the
  same day (weekdays not including public
  holidays).
• Returns
• Returns are accepted for store credit up to 14
  days from dispatch providing the goods are in
  unopened resaleable condition. Please contact us
  before returning goods.Shipping charges are
  non-refundable unless we have made an error in
  dispatch.
