The following tourism operators are eligible to
participate exclusively at the invitation of
their- operators that meet the selection
criteria - operators that promote Regional
tourism services  Each Region has a presence
with a stand and can invite from 50 to 300
operators capable of satisfying the demand of the
foreign buyers.

BUYITALY The importance of being accredited
SELLERS registration will enable SELLERS to be
always identifiable by the BUYERS present.

Expo Matching Program Instructions

EXPOCTS will supply the allocation of coupons to
the Regionswithin 15 October 2007. The
allocations will be sized according to the
coupons requested in the previous edition. The
Regions will select the operators for the
Regional offer (seller) to assign the coupons and
will communicate to EXPOCTS the name of the
seller associated with the coupon within 14
December 2007. The coupon number and the name
of the delegate will be entered in the EMP system
that then becomes the delegate's
operating/informative instrument.

The coupon delivered to the sellers will include
an integrated membership card also for 2008 valid
both for entry to Bit 2007 (for the full period)
and to the workshop area(limited to the day for
which accreditation has been given)  The
membership card will indicate the name of the
respective Region and the word seller.
