Independent drug Bulletin "Medex

• Since January 1996, when the first issue of the
  Bulletin was published 55 issues of the bulletin,
  circulation 1,500 samples, were distributed
  free-of-charge.

• Main goal Children Drug Education based on "Ten
  Guiding Principles For Teaching Children and

  USA Pharmacopoeia
• The group of the trainers of the students of
  14-17 years is prepared for realization of survey

Moldova. Access to Medicines".

• On December 6, 2001, Ecumenical
• Pharmaceutical Network, DrugInfo Moldova,
• and International Dispensary Association
• held one-day workshop
•  Main goal of the workshop was to increase
  awareness of Moldovas society about diseases of
  poverty and sustain access to essential
  medicines.

Community Initiatives in HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis
and Essential Drugs

• On 26th February 1st March 2002
• DrugInfo Moldova and the Institut
• Panafricain de Santé Communautaire
• supported by the World Council of Churches
• conducted this workshop for 30 health care
  workers, social workers and churches
  representatives from Moldova.

Drug Donation initiative for TB hospitals

• In March 2002 Ortodox Church of Moldova
• together with Country Focal Point of the
• Ecumenical Pharmaceutical Network in NIS
• Drugnfo Moldova distributed a drug donation
• to the TB patients in 2 hospitals of Edinet
• district and Soroca district.

Drug and Therapeutic Committee Course

• Management Sciences For Health, Rational
  Pharmaceutical Management Plus (MSH RPM Plus),
  United States Pharmacopoeia (USP), American
  International Health Alliance (AIHA) and DrugInfo
  Moldova organized on June 24- July 3 the first
  training in NIS countries on establishing drug
  and therapeutic committee in the health care
  system.

First Drug Informational Centers Study Tour in
NIS

•  On September the 8th - 14th 2002 ZdravPlus, the
  Academy of Educational Development and DrugInfo
  Moldova with the support of USAID organized a
  Study Tour for Drug Informational Centers from
  Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan in Moldova

Adverse drug reaction reporting

• DrugInfo Moldova works on awareness campaign
  about adverse drug reaction on medicines since
  1998 year with collaboration with KILEN Sweden
  Institute for consumers right.
• In May 2002 DrugInfo Moldova participated in the
  World Health Assemble in the workshop on consumer
  reporting role in the monitoring system of
  adverse drug reaction that was organized by WHO,
  Upsaala Monitoring Center and KILEN.
