Introduction

• In our unit on yogurt testing, we learned many
  things.
• We blind tested four different yogurts.Blind
  testing is when you dont know what the brand
  is.We also compared milk and sugar to the
  yogurts.
• Like the best tasting isnt always the
  healthiest!!! Plain yogurt tastes very sour in
  smell and in taste! C was the best!

• For sweetness, we used milk and sugar.
• For flavor, we used milk and strawberry jam.
• For sourness, we used milk and Plain yogurt.

• If you have bad breath, yogurt is right for you!
• I think that the most unusual yogurt flavor is
  chocolate!!!!
• Did you also know that PY contains 1/3 of the fat
  than 1 piece of apple pie does?

• Did you know that yogurt is good for you because
  it has protein, calcium, potassium and much, much
  more?
• Fruit was first added to yogurt in 1946 by Dannon
  yogurt.
• Did you know that Americans eat over 200,000,000
  pounds of yogurt!!!!

Summary

• The best yogurt was Colombo Light. It tied for
  first place when we tested all the yogurts. The
  other one was Plain. I tested them on
  calcium,calories, serving size, fat and protein.
