Correcting Reports After They are Signed
  • Reports can be corrected prior to them being
    forwarded for filing in the official record at
    AFPC, ARPC, Colonels Group or Chiefs Group
  • Once reports are a matter of record, must follow
    procedures in AFI 36-2401, Appealing Officer and
    Enlisted Evaluation Reports
  • Digital signatures cannot be removed once applied
  • Security feature to prevent unapproved changes
  • Ensure report is in final format prior to
    signing report to avoid making corrections
  • Comments can be cut or copied from a signed
    evaluation and pasted into a new form if
    corrections must be made after any portion of the
    form is locked

Processing Digitally Signed Evals
  • Standard procedures after ratee signs
  • Senior rater makes determination on local routing
    procedures
  • Examples e-mail, Share Point, Live Link, etc
  • All routing procedures must have necessary
    Privacy Act protections in place
  • Ratee returns signed form to rater
  • Rater transmits completed eval to CSS who
    completes a quality review, to include content,
    and updates MILPDS
  • CSS uploads eval into Case Management System or
    Virtual Personnel Center Guard Reserve and
    forwards to ARPC or AFPC as appropriate
  • CMS used for Active Duty, HQ AGRs, IMAs, PIRR,
    and LEAD personnel
  • vPC-GR used for All ANG officers/enlisted, unit
    assigned Reserve AGRs, ARTS and Unit Assigned
    Reservists

    be printed and filed in base level records at the
    MPF
  • HHQ offices requiring hard copy forms (i.e.

    e-mail when forms are available to print

  • Rater submits completed eval to CSS (clear
    suspense)
  • CSS submits eval to MPF (file required local
    copies)
  • MPF mails to MAJCOM and to appropriate Air Force
    office as required by AFI 36-2406, Tables 3.5,
    3.6, 3.9 or 3.10
  • Appropriate AF office will ensure copy is sent to
    ARMS to be scanned
