  • Click on the button for link of multicultural
    food guides.(Click on other food guide
    pyramids)
  • The food guide pyramid has 5 food groups.
  • Every food group should be eaten in different
    amounts
  • Fats and sugar should be eaten sparingly, and do
    not have serving sizes.

  • Get a piece of paper and pencil and draw a
    pyramid.
