SERVICES FEE CHARGES
  • RECRUITMENT
  • A- We charge Rs. 30,000/ (As token of
    commitment) of one-month gross salary up-front
    fee for given assignment. Fee will be adjusted in
    searching charges. (Up-front fee will be
    refundable incase of dissatisfaction)
  • B- We will charge One-Month gross salary upon
    successful selection / appointment of Senior /
    Middle and Junior Executive Position.
  • EXECUTIVE SEARCH
  • A- We charge Rs. 60,000/ (As token of
    commitment) of one-month gross salary up-front
    fee for given assignment. Fee will be adjusted in
    searching charges. (Up-front fee will be
    refundable incase of dissatisfaction)
  • B- We will charge One-Month gross salary upon
    successful selection / appointment of Senior /
    Middle and Junior Executive Position.
  • LABOR CONTRACTING
  • A - We charge Rs. 10,000/ (As token of
    commitment) Advance Fee.

ON TIME BACK-UP GUARANTEE
  • In case of dissatisfaction of the client,
    candidates resign due to his / her own personal
    reasons within THREE-MONTHS (for Senior
    Management Staff) of time period for senior
    management position we will replace the
    candidate at no extra charge.
