SBGA Participates in 'Give Back' Backpacks
Program Benefitting Local Children
1888 Press Release - The Small Business Growth
Alliance, SBGA, recently contributed 300 fully
stocked backpacks to local school children as
part of their commitment to continuously acting
in a socially responsible manner and assisting
local charitable groups. Santa
Ana-Anaheim-Irvine, CA - SBGA, the Small Business
Growth Alliance, partners with the Boys and Girls
Club of Santa Ana, El Modena Family Resource
Center and the OC Motel Collaborative to provide
backpacks stocked with school supplies to local
children. SBGA volunteers contributed
back-to-school supplies including backpacks
loaded with binders, paper, pens, pencils,
crayons and pencils bags for children in grades
K-12. The stocked backpacks were donated to the
Boys Girls Club of Santa Ana, El Modena Family
Resource Center and the OC Motel Collaborative
for distribution to local school children. A
total of 300 fully loaded backpacks were donated,
marking the largest back-to-school donation in
the company's history. "Our goal is to provide
assistance to charitable groups with a specific
focus on children and families in need," noted
Nathan Jurczyk, Vice President. "Participating in
the "Give Back" Backpacks Program is becoming a
tradition that we hope to be a part of for many
years to come."
SBGA and its Alliance Partners have a long
standing commitment to serving the community. Its
team partners with multiple local and national
organizations to achieve its vision of
continuously acting in a socially responsible
manner through the investment of hundreds of
thousands of dollars in donations and additional
volunteer hours to community strengthening
organizations.
