  • It is commonly stated that breakfast is the most
    important meal of the day.
  • Skipping breakfast means Prolonged fasting,
    which may leads to
  • Elevated risk of Coronary Heart Disease (CHD)
  • Disruption of Metabolism
  • Weight Gain
  • Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
  • Impaired Lipid Level
  • Lowered concentration level
  • Theres a difference between skipping breakfast
    and other forms of fasting or restriction, and
    even the diets that include fasting days still
    make room for breakfast.

    Assosciation (AHA) journal (Circulation),
    concluded that eating breakfast was associated
    with significantly lower CHD risk.
