  • ComSoc purchases ATM (ATMs range from 3,995 to

    outside company i.e. Brinks), provides phone
    line and electrical outlet
  • Guaranteed buy-back if the ATM does not make money

  • Based on negotiations traffic, average
    transaction amount, etc
