    critical for the success of your programs.
  • To ensure accuracy remember to
  • Check with your menu planner each day to verify
    the component contribution of menus
  • Understand that depending on the menu food items
    may be different than meal components
  • Understand that some foods may count as more
    than one component
  • Verify that students select full portions of each
    component as planned by the menu planner
