• The blue whale is the biggest mammal and probably
  the biggest animal to ever live on earth.
• Female blue whales can weigh as much as 150 tons
  and males can weigh over 100 tons. (thats about
  1,875 people)
• The blue whale can be from 75 feet to 100 feet.

What does the Blue Whale eat?

• The blue whale eats ting shrimp like creatures,
  called krill.
• In the summer feeding season the whale will eat
  about 40 million krill a day.
• They do not have teeth like humans, but their
  mouth is lined with rows of fringes, made of a
  fingernail like material.
