Coventry Cassidy Jets Europe Premier League
  • Sponsorship Opportunities

2
  • Who are we?
  • Formed in late 2003, the Jets have rapidly become
a major force in the British American Football
League (BAFL). The Coventry Cassidy Jets are an
American football team based in Coventry, UK and
are the current 2008 National Champions. They
currently play in the British American Football
League (BAFL) Premier division and compete in the
European Federation of American Football League
(EFAF). The Jets play their home games at a
number of venues in Coventry, including the Butts
Park Arena, which is home to the Coventry Rugby
Club, the Ricoh Arena, home to Coventry City F.C.
and Broadstreet Rugby Club. Games have also been
held at Manor Park and Liberty Way, Nuneaton, the
previous and current home of Nuneaton Borough
    A.F.C.
  • Where do we want to be?
  • The Club strives towards being recognised within
the BAFL as a professional, successful, committed
and passionate team both on and off the field.
  • The Club has a unique positioning advantage in
that it is performing different and new
activities from its rivals. The timing of the
Clubs season fits well within the local sporting
calendar which creates a unique positioning
advantage in attracting the supporters from other
local teams to provide a year round calendar of
    local supporting events.
  • The timing of the Clubs season will also allow
local businesses who want to support the club the
chance to have a presence throughout the year on
a local level to ensure their message is carried
to supporters consistently through the year.

3
How do we Get There?
  • The success of the team on the field cannot be
separated from the success of the club on the
whole and plays a major part in the clubs success
both as a major player in the BAFL and as a
    profitable company/entity.
  • The Jets have a Unique Selling Proposition in the
sense that we are unique to the local community
and are providing a service to youngsters in the
form of the Youth Academy and the families and
interested parties in the form of games.
  • The club has the opportunity for strong growth in
terms of club size and stature and financial
    backing.
  • The club has a unique positioning advantage in
that it is performing different activities from
its rivals. There are no positioning problems,
the timing of the Clubs season fits well within
the local sporting calendar an opportunity to
target the fans from alternative sporting fields.
  • The club is aware of its capabilities, its
    strengths and its limitations.
