  • it was an agreement to
  • Have a reason for being arrested
  • Have evidence
  • have a fair trial
  • Cant take land without permission

  • some nobles that wanted things to change
    gathered up about it and demanded them to the
    king

  • this effected England because it was the first
    step into England becoming a democracy
