  • Property can still be sold if the market favors
    selling verses holding.

  • Sell Property on ContractLease To Own.
  • This can yield larger returns by eliminating
    expenses like property taxes.
  • The contract buyer would pay taxes through
    investors to insure payment.
  • If a default occurs the property is recovered and
    recycled through one of the strategies
  • This contract could be sold to other investors,
    if property values surge and a profit can be made.

How It Works
  • Properties are targeted by management company.
  • Investors are notified of a pending deal.
  • Investors are notified of status on deal when it
    occurs.
  • Up to four investors can invest in one property.
  • Proof of funds are required with all offers, so
    investors must provide funds to be eligible for
    investments.
  • Once funds have been invested in a property the
    investor funds are a part of the investment pool
    and the return on investment will be through the
    aforementioned strategies.
  • The investor may be bought out, if the other
    investors agree to do so. The management company
    will notify the other investors that a buyout has
    been requested and facilitate the buy out.

    on the market to facilitate the highest profits
    possible for all invested parties.
  • Like all investments there are risk, you may
    loose all or part of your investments.
  • That being said investments will be in real
    property and with the foreclosure rate being up
    to 40 in some local markets, the rental market
    and alternative sales like like lease to own are
    the only options for nearly half the population.
    You can change your future and provide housing at
    the same time.
  • You can get negative returns at the bank or you
    can invest in real property and be a part of the
    solution for the economy and yourself.
