• Choose a leadership/planning team (Parent
  Coordinator, EL coordinator, Bilingual
  coordinator, Title I, Principal or Assistant
  Principal, Teachers, Parent Representatives)
• Conduct inservices with planning team (directions
  for inservices are included in resource binder)
• Choose a workshop and theme
• Prepare materials and set-up for 4 stations
• Most schools use 5-7 workshops per year.
