• This exciting project will follow the
  Jeffersonian concept of a community of scholars
  and students living and working closely together,
  combining theory with practice.
• This 500-million partnership will transform a
  30-acre, university-investment into a high-tech
  research/office park with nearly three million

  hotel and a conference center.
