The Medical Village at NSU
  • A proposed world-class hospital with up to 150

  • This exciting project will follow the
    Jeffersonian concept of a community of scholars
    and students living and working closely together,
    combining theory with practice.
  • This 500-million partnership will transform a
    30-acre, university-investment into a high-tech
    research/office park with nearly three million
    square feet of office, retail, financial,
    governmental, and residential space, as well as a
    hotel and a conference center.
  • This project is expected to generate millions in
    tax revenue and in workforce development,
    including high-tech jobs.
