Planning Process
  • Initial meeting December 1st
  • Each hospital to participate CEOs, VP Nursing,
    Infection Control Nurse/Infectious Disease
    Physician, Safety Officer, ED Nurse Manager,
    Materials Management Director
  • Each hospital will go back to facility to do the
    plan

  • Encourage peer-to-peer communication between
    facilities

    multidisciplinary committee (see Appendix 2)
  • Convene committee as appropriate for specific
    components staffing, bed capacity, consumable
    durable supplies (will need broader membership
    later for rest of the plan)
