  • 75 are bothered by their inability to stop SPAM

  • 30 are afraid that SPAM blockers will block
    non-SPAM email
  • 25 of Internet users say SPAM has reduced their
    email use

  • SPAM will soon be fought Server-side as well
  • MSN will be adding SpamKiller to its new MSN
    Premium Service in Winter 2003
  • AOL is already SPAM filtering and reports that

  • This system has saved Australia 500 million
    dollars over 5 year and has greatly improved
    customer service

    shows and more
