Completion of Project Involving Over One Mile of
Fencing

one mile of fencing for Skechers' new
distribution center located in Moreno Valley,
California. Los Angeles-Long Beach, CA - Robert

announced that Landmark has successfully
completed their most recent project for Skechers
USA Inc.'s new 1.82-million-square-foot
distribution center, involving over one mile of
fencing. Robert Yanik's company Landmark Fence
partnered with Ameristar, who manufactured the
entire ornamental fence for the
project. Ameristar Fence Products is the largest
ornamental fence manufacturer in the world and
offers the highest quality residential,
commercial, industrial and high-end security
fences in today's market place. Landmark Fence
Co., Inc., founded by Robert Yanik, installed
over a mile of Ameristar fence and several dozen
access control gates for a new 1.82-million-square
-foot distribution center located in Moreno
Valley, California. The fencing alone, explained
Robert Yanik, was over a million dollars.
Landmark Fence Inc. Co, founded by Robert Yanik,
installed over one mile of fencing for Skechers'
new building on Eucalyptus Avenue near the 60
Freeway the new building is nearly 2,900 feet
long and more than 700 feet wide. The newest
Skechers facility is so big, it takes half a
minute to drive from one end to the other at 60
miles per hour. The mile-plus of fencing
installed by Landmark Fence, the building also
includes 800 miles of steel rebar, 700 miles of
electrical wiring and 14 miles of water sprinkler
pipes.

Finishing up this latest project, explained
Robert Yanik, was an incredible achievement for
Landmark Fence completion of this project now
leaves room for Robert Yanik and his team to
focus their efforts on another project involving
the Dominguez Channel Greenway Project in Los
Angeles. Robert Yanik announced earlier this
month that Landmark Fence Co., Inc. had been
awarded the Los Angeles project and that the
Dominguez Channel Greenway Project was now
underway. Landmark Fence Co., Inc., founded by
Robert Yanik, was awarded the Dominguez Channel
Greenway project in late December of 2011 and
according to Robert Yanik, Landmark Fence Co. is
working under Angeles Contractors, Inc., the
general constructors of the project. The
Dominguez Channel Greenway, located in Los
Angeles County, runs from Manhattan Beach
Boulevard to El Segundo Boulevard. As president
