Department METHODOLOGY Information extracted
from the call center database and analysed by the
five regions of the city. The need for specialty
appointments , according to decree 1101/02 of the
Ministry of Health 22 of total estimated
medical appointment needs per inhabitant/year.

CONCLUSION Inequality utilization of the
scheduling system of medical specialty
appointments mirrors social inequality.
