Why us?
  • Our approach to each and every activity and its

is seamlessly executed. Offering activity design,
    development, production, implementation, and
evaluation, we provide you with a seamless
package for all of your activity needs. We follow
a five step programme ensuring the success at
    every level.
  •
  • Step 1 Client Brief
  • In this initial interactive stage, activity
    requirements and strategic objectives are
developed and refined. Acting as a consultant
drawing upon our experience, specific objectives
are focused upon with emphasis on creative,
    technical, operational, financial, and strategic
    processes.
  • Step 2 Planning Research Design
  • During this phase, emphasis is placed upon
    research planning manufacturing design process
to establish relevant knowledge for clients
    blueprints, exhibits, presentations, "show ware",
and deliverables for a successful activity.
    Appropriate reviews are calibrated against
meeting objectives in order to keep the design
phase on target. A scaleable model for each event
is created, regardless of the service required.

5
Cont..
  • Step 3 Ideation Propertization
  • Ideas are conceptually discussed with hierarchies
in the business based on client necessities, and
inputs on propertization are discussed and
evaluated this process is at the discretion of
    the client
  • Also during this phase that the actual
construction of all "deliverables" takes place.
For instance hotels booked, tours developed,
    transportation arranged, stage constructed, menus
    finalized, entertainment booked, agendas
    manufactured, etc.
  • Step 4 Execution
  • The Project Manager and the Rama Team are on-site
to bring all elements together for a successful
    activity. Load-in, set-up, rehearsals, and
adjustments are made to completely satisfy your
requirements. This is where our experience and
attention to detail come together to deliver a
    flawless meeting.
  • Step 5 Review
  • At this critical phase, your attendees are asked
for their feedback against the stated strategic
objectives of your event. The evaluation, along
with a complete financial reconciliation, is then
packaged for management use. This information is
invaluable to our clients for measuring the
impact of their tour and event's objectives while
learning about marketing opportunities for the
    future.

and has the fourth largest purchasing power

  • It has a population of over a billion people, and
over 180 million people in India will join the

    next 5 years
  • Real Estate Investments in 2004-2005 on average
made returns of 60 in a span of one year, some

  • The current state of India is the ideal market to
    develop this initiative
  • The 2010 Commonwealth Games have caused for a
growing need of 4 and 5 star hotels, as supply is
