15(No Transcript)
16You need to have an urge to better yourself, to
improve your effectiveness in life, to
improve your image with yourself and others.
17The first step is to ask yourself what is your
goal ? What do you ultimately want to achieve ?
18The next step is to ask yourself as to why do
you want to achieve your goal ?
19The last step is creating an action plan of how
to achieve your goals.
Prepare your personal road map
20The real step is implementing the action plan
to achieve your goals.
21Inner motivation is required to awaken your
inner strength to push yourself to your full
potential.
22As we really do not know as to what our full
potential is, all we can do is to keep moving
forward
23Success is the byproduct of MOTIVATION
24When difficulties are encountered you find it
easier to fall back into your old comfort
zonethan to fight, attempting to self-motivate
yourself and move into your Challenge zone.
25When external motivation for some reason begins
to wane, then it is INNER MOTIVATION that helps
you to regain your confidence in yourself
26Inner Motivation helps you to remind yourself as
to why youre doing what youre doing
27You want that everyone should listen to you
You want to be the centre of attraction
28Your Attitude each day will either Release Or
Seal Your inner potential
29Inner Motivation helps towards actualizing your
enormous, untapped potential.
30Inner Motivation helps in developing a POSITIVE
ATTITUDE
31Inner Motivation makes you Unique
32Inner Motivation helps you to change your
habits, behaviors and attitudes.
33- Inspiration
- is changing thinking
- where as
- motivation
- is changing action
34 Life takes on meaning when you become
motivated, set goals and charge after them in
an unstoppable manner.
35Men are anxious to improve their circumstances,
but are unwilling to improve themselves they
therefore remain bound.
36ABILITY is what youre capable of
doing. MOTIVATION determines what you
do. ATTITUDE determines how well you do
it. INNER MOTIVATION prompts you to take the
initiative
37We are born with an intrinsic motivation to
learn, to perform, to prove that we can improve,
to be happy, to succeed, etc.
38Intrinsic (self) motivation occurs when the
individual determines his or her own goals and
expectations.
