Author
Adams,Ramon F.(1889-1976). Writer and
bibli ographer of the old west. He entered Austin
College in 1903,but dropped out in
1909.Adams Studied violin under Carl Venth at
Kidd-Key Col lege in Sherman. In 1912 he joined
the music Department at the University of
Arkansas, his interest in western lore led him to
receive grants from several foundation, and he
became an expert at separating the myth from the
reality of the West He has produced five
bibliographical gems and many books on the old
West.
