New Peloton Project Member Teleconference
2
Welcome to the Lance Armstrong Foundation!
  • The Lance Armstrong Foundation (LAF) believes
that in the battle with cancer, unity is
strength, knowledge is power and attitude is
    everything.
  • From the moment of diagnosis we provide the
practical information and tools cancer survivors
    need to live strong.

3
  • Today, there are more than 10 million people in
the United States and more than 25 million people
across the globe living with cancer.

4
How do we help cancer survivors live strong?
  • We serve our mission through three core program
    areas
  • Advocacy
  • Public Health (which includes our online resource
    for cancer survivors)
  • Research

5
Thats where youcome in
  • Peloton Project members make it possible for the
LAF to help people with cancer and their families
    live strong.

6
How does the Peloton Project help?
  • This year, more than 7,000 Peloton Project
members will raise funds and awareness in their
local communities to support the LAF.
  • As Lance is racing for his 7th Tour de France
win, the Peloton has been challenged to raise 7
million through our 7 for Survivors goal!
