  • a high job turnover rate because of job
    conditions and lack of benefits/promotion
    opportunities

Conclusion
  • The sport industry is booming in the U.S, and
    internationally
  • There is a need for trained, experienced sport
    administrators in the sport industry
  • However, there is tough (sometimes cutt-throat)
    competition for the best jobs because of the
    strain on the law of supply-and-demand with the
    almost exponential growth of sport management
    graduates during the past decade
