  • Sunday, November 9th
  • All players are required to attend and be
    dressed in dress shirt and tie.

  • End of the year parents meeting
  • Tuesday evening, November 4th starting at 7PM
    in the High School Auditorium

  • Lifting program after school
  • This will start on Monday, November 10th at 3PM.
    Players not lifting as part of the PE requirement
    1st semester only report after school. The
    lifting program will be held on M-T-W-TH starting
    at 3PM.

  • 2009 Strength Training Class
  • It is recommended that all football players
    sign-up for Strength Training and Fitness class
    1st semester. Make a note of this for course
    selection in 2009. Our goal is to get all
    9th-10th and 11th grade football players in block
    1 to start the fall of 2009.
  • Important It is recommended that all juniors
    sign-up for Sports Leadership 1st Semester.

  • Speed School
  • Speed training will be held every Wednesday
    morning in the gym starting at 630 AM and ending
    715 AM. This will start on Wednesday, Nov.
    12th. Do not report if we have a delay or school
    cancellation.

  • Quarterback
  • OFF- Season Development Program
  • We will start this on Monday, November 17th and
    continue every Monday all school year starting at
    630 AM in the high school gym.

  • Evening Passing Game Sessions
  • QB-RB-WR-TE We will start our evening passing
    game workouts on Monday evening March 2nd. We
    will workout every Monday until the end of school
    from 7PM until 9PM. We will use the game field
    weather permitting or the gym.

  • Offensive line Workouts
  • We will be starting Monday, Nov. 17th from
    630 AM to 715 AM. Offensive line workouts
    will be held in the gym. This will continue every
    Monday during Nov., Dec., Jan., and Feb.
    Starting in March, Offensive line workouts will
    be Monday evening from 7PM until 9PM.

  • Our summer program will be held every Monday,
    Wednesday, Friday starting at 8AM and ending at
    1130 AM. Attendance will be taken at 8AM in the
    Weight Room for QB-WR-TE-RB and on the field for
    everyone playing offensive and defensive line.
    NOTE Workouts are never cancelled.

  • Summer Speed Camp
  • Starting with the first Wednesday after school is
    out. Speed camp will start at 1030 AM and end at
    1130 AM. This will continue every Wednesday all
    summer. Speed camp will be held on the game
    field. Cost will be 50.00 per player. Camp
    applications will be handed out in the Spring.

  • Team Camp
  • All players in grades 10-11-12 will attend Team
    Camp at West Chester University. The cost for the
    camp will be 250.00 per player. Applications
    will be handed out in early spring. Applications
    are due by the end of May. Camp dates to be
    announced. Our tentative camp dates to attend
    camp are July 10th to July 13th.

  • Youth Football Camp
  • July 6-7-8 Youth Camp will be held in the
    stadium starting at 6PM and ending at 9PM. High
    school players will assist coaches with teaching
    fundamentals.

  • Max Testing Week
  • August 10-11-12 All High players will be
    tested this week on our four core lifts. Squats,
    Bench, Hang Clean, and Incline. Testing will
    start at 8AM. NOTE We will be off August
    13-14-15-16. Practice starts Monday August 17th
    at 630 AM.

  • QB Camp for 2009 Winter Technique School is
    Jan. 24th and 25th at Grand Slam Sports Complex,
    Reading, PA, Feb. 28th and March 1st at Grand
    Slam Sports Complex, Reading, PA.
  • Note All QBs are asked to make plans to attend.
