Why a Trip to Italy?

• The vacation to Italy was to visit the village
  that my family originated from and to see more
  family that currently lives there.
  
• We went to Rome to sightsee some of the most
  beautiful places and outstanding architecture in
  the world.

Day 1

• Arrived in Rome
• Slept an hour due to Jet Lag
• Went to Trevi Fountain
• Train Station meet rest of family
• Rented car - Drove to Monteforte

Day 2

• Visited Paestum (stung by bee)
• Had delicious chocolate gelati
• Agropoli for Buffalo Mozzarella
• Had dinner at cousins in village
• Hung out at village bar

Day 3

• Visited cousins in Cicerale
• Played with her new baby
• Italian home style dinner mountain restaurant
• Club Bitch in Agropoli

Day 4

• Took ferry to Amalfi coast
• Walked around Positano
• Took ferry back to Sorrento
• Walked 2 miles back to car
• Ate dinner on docked boat in Sorrento

Day 5

• Feast of San Donato Celebration
• Vendors on streets of the village
• Big dinner with family
• Fireworks

Day 6

• Left Monteforte drove to Pompei
• Walked around Pompei
• Drove to Rome
• Had dinner in Piazza Navona

Day 7

• Visited St. Peters Basilica in Vatican City
• Went to Coliseum
• Had dinner in Piazza Navona again

• To my dad for bringing me

Summary

• My seven day trip to Italy consisted of a huge
  itinerary in a small amount of time. It is a
  trip I will always remember since it was my first
  time and all the experiences were so new. I got
  to see a wonderful part of history and meet
  family members I didnt even know I had. I will
  be returning for my second time next August.
