    with god for the people of India is was the
    process of Yoga, The word Yoga, literally means
    union it was a goal while practicing yoga to
    leave past life behind and achieve oneness with
    Brahman. This may not be used for this way all
    the time nowadays however many people use it
    because of its mental stimulation and its
    contributions to keeping the body in shape.
