Home Recording
My favorite hobby is home recording. I use a
Fostex MR-8 Multitracker digital recorder,
exactly like the one above. It gives the user the
ability to record up to eight tracks per song. I
record different tracks to make up a song into
this and transfer them to my computer when Im
done. I have not yet ventured into the world of
editing songs on my computer, but I hope to soon.

Equipment
The equipment I use to record consists of three
guitars, one multi-effects pedal/drum machine,
one microphone, and one keyboard.
Percentage of songs each piece of equipment was
used on each CD I have made.

Why Do I Record?

• To quench my creative thirst.
• To relieve stress.
• To show my family and friends how bad of a singer
  I am without having to sing in front of them.
• Its lots of fun!
