Combining the feel of Big Brother, Dont
forget the Lyrics and American Idol you have
12 Karaoke contestants living under the same
roof for 12 weeks while competing to be MORE
THAN A KARAOKE STAR. These 12 singers want to
show America they do have what it takes to be
MORE THAN A KARAOKE STAR.

BASIC PREMISE Three CELEBERTY lovers
of Karaoke will spend four (4) weeks looking for
the best Karaoke singers in America, deciding on
who will go to Hollywood in hopes of making it to
the final twelve. This search is for singers that
want to be MORE THAN A KARAOKE STAR, and they
do have the talent but need a chance. They will
be paired up in 6 separate rooms/alternative is
dorm style living with either all guys/girls in
one or a mixture. The same premise as So You
Think You Can Dance, the singers will have to
prove they can sing in ANY song category, and
choose the proper clothing to match the period of
the song of choice, as the attire will be part of
the judging.
The HOUSE will have a COOK for the house singers
and a DRIVER to the OPEN MIKE club. These two
will be SPIES and will try to set the singers
against each other. There are many things they
can do to cause even more friction than that of
just the singers doing their best to see how
much distrust they can get going. There will be a
prize at the end of the show for the singer who
the audience votes was the best at causing
trouble. The cook can do the most damage as
he/she will be around the singers more. The
viewing public as a whole enjoys watching chaos,
verbal attacks, cut-throat tactics and general
differences between people. Having the
contestants living under the same roof and doing
their best to freak out the other singers egos,
and trying to encourage the other singers to vote
out the better singers, all this with singers who
already have a huge attitude will create audience
loving issues.

BASIC PREMISE cont.
The beginning of each week, contestants will
gather in the MAIN room to determine what song
they will sing. This will be done by a random
selection from the Juke Box which is located in
the house.  Each contestant will draw a Letter
from one container and a Number from another
container which will correspond with a key on the
Juke Box.  All the keys will be blank and as they
punch in their drawn letters/numbers the title of
a song will appear on the Juke Box. This is the
song that they will sing in the House 
Competition in front of all the other
contestants. They will have 5 days to learn their
song doing their best to find privacy from the
others. Each song will be judged for voice,
stage presence and attire. The beauty of this is,
karaoke singers have a very limited number of
songs they do, but in the HOUSE they will be
forced to learn and perform songs they may never
have done. This is the premise of SO YOU THINK
YOU CAN DANCE. So the country singer may have to
sing a ballad and the ballad singer may have to
do a rock and roll..ect for each singer, and
each competition will have them doing this,
showing the audience that they ARE MORE THAN A
KARAOKE SINGER and want to prove it. At the end
of the nights HOUSE COMPETITION the singers one
by one will be called into the VOTING ROOM to
vote for who they think are the worst three (3)
and the goal for them is to vote out who they
feel can sing better in hopes of sending them to
Open Mike Night. Open Mike Night is where the
three (3) bottom singers will have to sing for
their life because one of them will be chosen as
SAFE while the other two (2) will be put up for
the following weeks elimination where one (1)
will hear.YOU ARE NOT MORE.THAN A KARAOKE
STAR.YOU MUST NOW LEAVE THE HOUSE. The voting
for this weekly elimination will be done by at
HOME AUDIENCE.

EPISODE 1 On night of competition all singers
will all go to a SMALL ROOM where they will find
CLOTHES. They will have to sort through the MESS
of clothing and find the complete set of clothing
that will match the type of song they will be
singing and they will not have a lot of time to
do this and be back in the MAIN room. If they are
late getting to MAIN room, they are automatically
sent to OPEN MIKE NIGHT. The worst possible thing
for them. In the MAIN room the singers will find
a CELEBERTY HOST. The singers will proceed to
sing in their assigned order. After all
contestants have sung, they will individually go
into the VOTING BOOTH where on camera to the
home audience, the contestants will cast their
vote for who they think were the worst three (3)
singers of the nightand WHY. They will want to
pick the singers they believe are better than
them, in hopes of getting rid of best competition
and sending them to OPEN MIKE NIGH. The
CELEBERTY HOST will also be at next weeks OPEN
MIKE After all singers have voted and
are back in MAIN ROOM, the CELEBRITY HOST of
the night will give the results and announce the
three (3) bottom singers who will be sent to OPEN
MIKE NIGHT at a local Karaoke Bar the following
week.

EPISODE 2 OPEN MIKE NIGHT The three (3) bottom
singers again have a limited amount of time to go
to the CLOTHING room and find the proper attire
for their song. If they are late getting outside
to the LIMO, they will automatically be sent
home. The LIMO DRIVER (the spy) and the three
(3) contestants performing at the CLUB for OPEN
MIKE NIGHT will be driven to the KARAOKE CLUB
and on the ride the DRIVER will do his best to
upset the singers. At the CLUB the singers find
the CELEBERTY HOST and they will be able to sing
a song of their choosing. The audience at the
CLUB will judge their performances, again, based
on stage appearance, voice and attire, voting for
the BEST singer of the three (3). This singer
will be granted immunity for the following
week. Throughout the week the home audience will
decide the fate of the worst singer of the two
that are left. After the votes are in, the tally
completed, the results will be given at the
beginning of the next weeks show, where the
CELEBERTY HOST from OPEN MIKE NIGHT will announce
to the loser YOU ARE NOT. MORE THAN A KARAOKE
STAR!! Please leave the house.This routine will
continue until they are down to two, (2)

RELEVANT FACTS MORE THAN A KARAOKE STAR will
surely surprise America with the unknown TALENT
some of the Karaoke singes have. At NATIONALS I
felt as though I was watching Americas Got
Talent or American Idol. Really. It is a fact,
Karaoke is bigger than ever. Today there are
many world Karaoke CONTEST events and in all
cities across America there are Karaoke clubs,
many of which have at least two (2) nights a
week strictly for karaoke. No longer is it just
sports and beer bars, but some pretty high end
restaurants are now coming aboard the Karaoke
scene, and I had one of them for my Talent Quest
2010contest. Because of the nicer places now
offering Karaoke, a whole new cliental is
emerging. American Idol is a singing talent
show, and so is ours. Big Brother is mostly a
personality contest, as we will be. We will have
behind the scenes twists to it on the order of
Big Brother. Even OPRAH herself is on a
national search looking for the best karaoke
singer in America to be on her show. If she's
looking, then America will be watching our show
with large amounts of viewers. Using the 2010

THAN A KARAOKE STAR . (I am totally open to all
your ideas) Because many CELEBRITIES love
Karaoke, it should be easy to get them to want to
appear on our show. Could be filmed in L A area
or local Palm Springs area using the Club that
was used for the Talent Quest 2009 contest and a
possible HOUSE in the area.

WHY I AM QUALIFIED I hosted the first Talent
Quest Contest in the Palm Springs Ca area. I
successfully completed in a 5 week period what it
took others to do in a five (5) to six (6) months
frame. It was one of, if not the BEST site
contest held in Ca. Fifteen (15) of my singers
went to Regionals and 2 made it to the National
Finals. I am more than qualified to offer my
services with the show and I can bring to you
over 750 pre qualified singers from the 2009
Talent Quest Contest. I also have the VIDEOS of
the singers, plus I already know the
personalities of a lot of the singers and could
assist in giving you the BEST of the nastiness,
the sweets, the most conniving and the trouble
makers. The ones the audience would root for and
the ones they would hate. Believe me from my own
experience, the singers on their own could create
much chaos with no help from anyone. SomE good
friends ended up hating each other, because of
jealousy. Again, involving Talent Quest you
could find possible existing show sponsors for
ARE YOU A KARAOKE STAR. I have full support from
the Talent Quest Owner, Tim for use of his shows
name and full support in any area, if needed.
Major SINGING TALENT can be a future product
from this show with the rights to all contestants
and their future earnings and this is so because
some of the singers are really looking for a
future singing and some have the talents to do
it.

EPISODE END OF SEASON.FINAL NIGHT There are
two singers left in the HOUSE and they will be
told that they will be going to the 2012 Talent
Quest Karaoke Competitions in Laughlin Nevada,
and the winner will be chosen there by on site
judges and audience of peers, which are the
TALENT QUEST 2011 contestants and the 2012
winners. GRAND PRIZE(S) TO BE DETERMIND
