8Why Self Confidence ? Because it is the Key
to SUCCESS
9We need CONFIDENCE and not DIFFIDENCE to live
successfully and happily.
10Our self-confidence influences our
Thoughts Words, Actions, Behaviour and
everything else.
11Your self-confidence gets communicated whether
you are aware or not.
12Self-Confidence is evident through body
language and speech.
13It would be good to become conscious of both
our own and others' body language
14Confidence is needed to grow as a
person, achieve something in our lives, and to
become someone.
15Self - Confidence helps you to live an inspired
life, to motivate you to realize your full
potential, to help you to be successful and
hopefully happy.
16Just as many activities can be learned, you must
pay attention, learn seriously, and practice
consciously to continuously improve your
confidence levels
17Confidence improves when YOU begin to feel good
about yourself which means being happy with
your inside your positive attitude and your
moods and your outside appearance.
18Dressing neatly and nicely can build and boost
your self confidence, because when you look
good you will feel good.
19Your posture also plays an important role in how
you feel about yourself. The way you walk,
talk, look and look up, will make a big
difference, and boost your self-confidence.
20Your language, whether it is self-talk, or,
talking to others plays an important role in how
confident you feel about yourself.
21Your past experiences and more
particularly, what you are doing now, combine
powerfully to boost your self-confidence.
22Past is important. But, FUTURE is much more
important. What are you willing to learn from
the past ? Please note that there are no
failures, just outcomes.
23Do you PROCRASTINATE ? Terror of Failure ? Fear
of Success ? Then, you are postponing the
opportunity to Boost your confidence levels.
24Have you ever listed Your STRENGTHS ? Too many
people emphasise their weaknesses rather than
their strengths. They program themselves
negatively, to expect failure rather than
positively to expect success.
25Work on your existing skill level. Have a
schedule, start noting down your ideas, and more
importantly, noting down your practice, progress,
and review. Keeping track, improves your
skill, and also your confidence.
26Work on your existing attitude. Review your
attitude, start improving your attitude, and more
importantly, feel positively capable of
improving. Adopt I can do it attitude.
