Framework for the project
  • The framework for the project is based on a
    series of questions
  • What are our concerns?
    background and scene setting
  • How do we clarify what needs improving?
    audit its outcome
  • What will our goals be and what evidence will
  • be gathered to show we have achieved
    them? targets and success criteria
  • What do we plan to do? How will we monitor
  • and evaluate it?
    action
    plan
  • What did we actually do?
    implementation strategies and examples
  • How successful was it?
    intended/unintended successes and challenges

  • What did we find out and learn?
  • How will we continue to improve?
    what do we do now?
