  • OSHA/ Blood Borne Pathogens
  • National Athletic Trainers Association Student
    membership card
  • Criminal Background Check must be completed
    BEFORE beginning Clinical Experiences
  • Identification Badge must be obtained and worn
    at all times during Clinical Experiences.
