Lottery Advisory Councils
  • Nobody is smarter than everybody.
  • That is why we developed our Lottery Advisory
Councils, which are held twice each year. All of
our customers are invited to attend and
encouraged to participate on panels which lead to
open discussions which drive OrderPads product
development. More than half of our customers
attend each Council meeting, and nearly all of
our customers attend at least one per year.

22
These Councils have resulted in the two newest
OrderPad modules.
  • OrderPad Mapping
  • and
  • Project Management

23
OrderPad Mapping
24
Benefits
  • Reduce windshield time
  • Increase time spent visiting retailers
  • Increase frequency of retailer visits
  • Reduce fuel costs and wear and tear on vehicles
  • Provide better accountability for the time sales
reps spend in the field (it is available to be
used by Sales Reps and Managers)

25
OrderPad Mapping allows sales reps to plan their
retailer visits by dragging several retailers to
a day to see how many miles they will travel and
how many hours they will spend by adding up
travel times and visit times.
26

27
Users may also get detailed driving directions to
each location.
28
OrderPad Project Management
29
Overview
  • OrderPad Project Management is a new module that
is run within OrderPad, to help the Lottery
manage the many projects that take place each
    year involving the retailer network.

30
Benefits
  • Allows managers to quickly and effectively
communicate tasks that need to be performed to
the sales reps that will perform them.
  • Allows sales reps to track the status of these
    tasks.
  • Allows management to quickly get daily updates on
    the status of these projects.
  • Provides the ability to identify situations
    before they become problems.

31
Create the Project
Projects may be assigned to business types,
chains, geographic areas or other criteria
32
Define the tasks
Tasks can easily be added to a project and
reordered, if desired.
Tasks for the project are applicable to each
retailer in that group
33
View the progress and results

34
In addition to chain, retailers can be narrowed
down using other criteria.
Green checks mean the task was completed
successfully. Yellow checks indicate that the
sales rep attempted to complete it, but didnt.
Double clicking allows us to find out why.
35
What we are proud of
  • OrderPad is flexible to meet the needs of each
    lottery customer.
  • It has become an organization wide tool, widely
used on desktops in the office as well as tablet
    PCs.
  • We enjoy relationships with Gtech, Scientific
    Games and Intralot.
  • We count 14 lotteries as customers in less than 5
    years.
  • We continue to grow our product as lotteries
uncover business problems that need to be solved.
