PRESENT Anita Mitrovic Milic (Chef Association
of Montenegro), Vuksan Mitrovic (Chef
Association of Montenegro), Pero Gracun (CAS),
Zoran Miškovic (CAS). Iztok Legat (HIT
Montenegro), Dušan Mitrovic (HIT Montenegro),
  • In the republic of Montenegro there was a
    referendum about separation and by receiving the
    documentation of establishment of a new
    association by the proper Ministry (the dated
    establishment February 17, 2006), I personally
    was convinced, that this is a formally created
    new association, for the name Dorde Kostic was
    mentioned as one of the most active members also
    at CASM. By searching for information about a
    contact (March 31, 2006), I also was directed to
    Mr. Kostic.
  • Further more, by receiving mail I received
    materials that included same identical actions
    and participation on international competitions.
    Thus the team under the leadership of Mr. Dorde
    Kostica participated on the competition in Cyprus
    under the CASM branding.
  • I forwarded the received documentation to Mr.
    Schmidiger, who issued and mediated an invoice
    for membership to the new address, and the
    membership was paid.
  • July, 2006, mediated an e-mail about the
    resignation of Mr. Kostica as the president of
    Culinary Association of Serbia.

Findings
  • After the examination of the documentation, it
    was association CASM, which was in the procedure
    of acceptance confirmed as a member of WACS.
  • The new-founded association took advantage of the
    situation (separation of Montenegro form Serbia)
    and affiliated the new-founded legal formal
    association (Culinary Association of Serbia).
  • Two associations rose from the existent
    association CASM
  • - in Serbia CAS - Culinary Association of
    Serbia,
  • - in Montenegro CAM - Culinary Association of
    Montenegro.
  • The representatives of Montenegro chefs are
    referring to the board members of the WACS with a
    plea for admittance into WACS. Due to the fact,
    which they formerly worked under the wings of
    CASM, they would like to be accepted without the
    preceding two year procedure, which they have
    completed together in the former structure.
  • The form for joining to the membership of WACS
    was mediated to the representatives of Montenegro
    chefs and also to the representatives of Serbia
    for the changes of their name.
  • I also asked them for all the documentation about
    the establishment of the association by the
    proper Ministry and confirmations of supporting
    organizations.
  • It has been agreed, that they send me the
    complete documentation via e-mail by August 15th
    and supplement them in case of any additional
    questions for the preparation of the report for
    the September board meeting in New York.
  • Due to better understanding, the history of
    setting up CASM (Culinary Association of Serbia
    and Montenegro) was presented.

    judges and one for presentation

  • Every day after conclude make to proclaim the
    result. I was present one of them.
  • I must to commend, that I was very nice
    surprised, how many young competitors to take an
    active part in.
  • I am meting with President Paolo Caldana, we are
    conversation about possibility to cooperate
    between WACS Members Southern Europe, how to
    improve dialog and exchange information. What it
    is reason on situation non activity some members.
  • I meet all so with Dumitru Burtea and Stefan
    Bercea Romanian national association of cooks and
    confectioners.

    Competition for South Europe and I am very proud
    that the competition went so well with helps my
    colleague the Slovenian Chefs Association. All
    competitors, who were coming in Slovenia, did
    make a great job. First I wont thank the WACS
    member s of South Europe for confidence for
    realization competition and all competitors, who
    were coming in Slovenia, and make a great job,
    they are present a lot of professional knowledge.

    competition.

    Luxembourg) and their importance admits members
    of WACS.

  • 14. November 2008 is to found section Woman in
    professional Chefs which will work together with
    official Association of Chef Croatia. With the
    wish to expose women in professional occupation,
    board of section is Marija Kozminska president,
    vice president Marija Škero, member Bojana
    Zenzerovic, Ivana Vukmanovic.
  • Bojana Zenzekovic, Marija Kozminska and Ivana
    Vukmanic are of honors member of FIC Italien
    woman chefs section.

  • Team consist of (three members) Chef, two cooks,
    one pastry chef) and preparing menu with three
    meals for four personal. Individual competitors
    are competition on preparing different dishes
    (duck dish, first course dish, pasta dish, fish
    dish, fungi dish, lamb dish, game dish, pork
    dish, Maltese dish, and vegetarian dish.
  • They have to organize competition for Chef of the
    year, cook and serve and last moist importance
    competition MASTER CHEFS GRAND PRIX.
  • Cold cooking competition (category A B C) for
    teams and individual exhibitors Artistic
    competition for teams and individual exhibitors
  • Important date, that in Malta work two official
    association very good and they are inform me ,
    that planning in next year to unite in one strong
    professional association.
  • During the competitors we can see young
    competitors and also women chef s. Who was
    preparing a god dishes to make so bold as to do
    something in combination color and taste.
  • I must to commend, that I was very nice
    surprised, how many young competitors to take an
    active part in.
  • Last day prepare Gala Dinner with promulgation
    the results of the competition. We are witness
    very sentimentality shout for competitors and the
    teams.

    prepare document with official support and al so
    the letter with invitation Chef s from Antalya to
    affiliate an Federation TAF.

    representative of TAF and Ministry of culture and
    tourism I have inform all so Ali Riza DOKELES
    from Antalya.
  • CONCLUSION
  • 1. TAF (Board of TAF) must to accept the regular
    of WACS, the president of
  • Federation must be profession vocation
    Chef, and to enter in his Regulation of
  • all cooks federation
  • 2. They must to acquire official document of the
    Ministry of culture and tourism
  • Republic of Turkey
  • 3. They must to complete the regulation of all
    cooks federation with all members (now
  • have just 5 five) with new members
  • 4. And to fill a form document for membership of
    WACS.
  • I meet with colleague from Serbia (I have to
    attention about document for membership of WACS)
    they are promise me that will sent to me new form
    with all data of new federation.
  • I meet all so with member Bulgarian national team
    and with Mr. KEN FRASER, who was the Chairman of
    Judges.

Culinary Show
  • I visit the Culinary Gastronomic Show in Cyprus,
    with 4 National Teams and domestic competitors in
    more at the thirtieth category in warm kitchen
    and cold program 4 National Teams in cold kitchen
    and preparing menu. I was member of jury.

  • To estimate work my self is difficult. I hope
    that I have to contribute small part and with to
    mediate information to members and some answers
    help him and make support of WACS.
