The results of the study

• The study
• presents an overarching picture of the future of
  the air navigation services in the heart of
  Europe
• goes into great detail and proposes solutions
  which go far beyond an ordinary operational
  investigation project
• confirms that we can meet the performance targets
  agreed by the ANSPs
• shows that the implementation of FABEC is
  feasible, necessary and probably inevitable
• It is much more than just another study

High expectations

• In the beginning, most of us were very sceptical
• But this attitude changed during the study phase
• Today, the question is how and not if FABEC
  will be implemented
• Now it is our job to fulfil these expectations
  at an internal and external level
• We have to translate the results of the study
  into reality

A new way of thinking

• We have created an atmosphere of mutual
  understanding and trust
• Today, we are discussing issues with an ease and
  openness which seemed impossible a year ago
• Proposals are developed with a view to global
  benefits
• We are convinced that we have to act as one
  organisation
• This FABEC spirit gives us the confidence that
  our FAB Europe Central will be a success
