• Founded in 1927 as the Catholic Business School
• 12,000 students (2,600 of whom are first-year
  students)
• 1,700 employees (fte), 500 of whom are working
  in the service departments.
• 30,000 alumni in total
• 1,000 PhD degrees in total
• 1,500 graduates per year, 50 PhDs, and 1,750
  scientific publications

  responsible for education, research, finance,
  HRM, IT etc.
• But not for housing, library, infrastucture,
  lecture halls, seminar rooms

•    Can a separation be made between the primary
  and secondary processes?
• (In other words if the organization of the
  primary processes is decentralized does that
  automatically mean that we also have to
  decentralize our secondary processes?)

The answer
The goal is to create . A feeling of shared
responsibility. Optimal services for our staff
and students , as effective and efficient as
possible , so that we can spend as much money as
possible to our primary processes education and
research

  in a optional way
