Positives What went well this year?

• Families choosing more appropriate camps
• Requests came in earlier
• Providers were good at informing us of members
  status, whether they were coming or not and
  discharging

Opportunities for improvement

• Clinical
• TSS in conjunction with STAP
• STAP and BHRS collaboration
• STAP availability no guarantee of match of
  member to the spot available
• Ensure that family is clear of what STAP is when
  making the choice and that they truly are
  interested in it
• Process change for next year
• Reminders
• Addendums are only good for current auth period
• Send in discharge summaries and treatment plans

• Provider Relations
• Program descriptions and letters of intent will
  be requested earlier this year - Will also be
  asking for 2007 self audits to be included with
  these
• Attending STAP meeting in Spring, invites will be
  revamped
• Necessary attendance and passing info within
  agencies
