• Controlled variable does not change, always
  kept the same
• Responding variable what you expect to change
• Experimental control something to compare to
• Repeated trials do experiment several times
• Record data must always include this part
• Validity measures ways to make sure youre
  accurate

• Quantitative use numbers
• Qualitative without numbers based more on
  observations
• Both types of data can be put in a chart or table

• Decide in your mind what the data is saying

• Answer the investigative question
• Give the high and low data points
